How did i get there?

A friend of mine introduced me to a freelancing jobs and encouraged me to take online courses for me to have a background on what is online jobs be like because of the pandemic, there the Sincera Freelancing Services created.

I've been working in a retail store for almost twelve years, I started as department store warehouse stocks transfer in-charge EDP staff. My task was to make sure that items transferred from warehouse to selling and vice versa must undergo system process, otherwise there will be an inventory discrepancy and system count will not be accurate against actual count.

A year after from being a stocks transfer in-charge I was transferred to merchandising department, wherein I was assign to make sure that all delivered items must be displayed to selling area not more than three days from date received until item display. Caters department stocks in-charge needs, follow-up and coordinates corporate merchandising office for item's price, description and quantity concerns. it has been my job for more than six years.

With my kind of passion towards work, my boss noticed it and gave me the opportunity to be part of the operations team. I was exposed to selling area operations. I undergone operations training and exposures, guided by the company's most experienced operations supervisors and managers. I've a store operations manager for almost five years now.
